My Story in a few words
I left Alabama, where I was born, immediately after high school and went to California to be a songwriter. After traveling around the west coast, I landed in Seattle. I worked at the city of Bellevue for 35 years, mostly in Public Works Management.
My music has been one of my passions. I have been writing songs since I was fifteen years old. Now I have more than 200 songs, some of them were included in my CD “These days”. Besides, I managed musicians for several years, all of them great artists.
Meanwhile, I climbed Mt. Saint Helen, Mount Adams, and Mount Rainier. Coached youth soccer for 10 years and took a team from the bottom of the recreation league to the top of Premier One.
I retired from the City at an early age and traveled for a few years, mainly to South America. Met my wife in Santiago, Chile in 2010, then we married and moved back to Seattle.
I have history in Seattle. I like being close to the ocean, the energy of a big city as well as the benefits of urban life. I’ve been living in the Queen Anne neighborhood since 1995 so I know the Seattle area as well as I know Bellevue.

After I retired, I decided to pursue a career as a Real Estate Broker. My decision was deeply motivated by two things I really enjoy: helping people and working independently. My goal and commitment since the beginning has been to deliver premium service and add value to my clients’ lives. In addition to that and now, when our company is growing, to help our real estate brokers to grow and enjoy working.
At the end of the day, our satisfaction as a company comes from the happiness of our Clients for what we have done for them at Providencia.
Something else,
In addition to real estate, I continue working on my music, now on a new CD with other projects in mind. Every year my wife and I travel to Chile, a country I love, where I have a new family and a growing group of friends. Our new little puppy Lukas will join us in the adventure.
