Why Providencia?
After 35 years in Public Works managing water and transportation systems, I chose to begin a new chapter.
I traveled extensively and eventually found a second home in Providencia, Chile. The warm summers—starting in December—offered a welcome contrast to Seattle’s gray winters.
More importantly, Providencia is where I met my wife and business partner.
Together, we returned to Seattle and founded Providencia Real Estate with a clear mission:
to provide honest guidance and exceptional service to every client we serve.
