Charles recently helped us sell our DT Seattle Condo. It was a pleasure working with him. He means what he says and says what he means. He was 100% reliable and helped us with resources for staging. Many times someone was required to be a the property to meet our contractor, or staging company, or whatever was need and Charles took care of all it. From the start together we made a plan and worked like a team. The plan worked perfectly just like Charles said it would. I would highly recommend Charles to anyone and will utilize him again when I need a broker.
