Charles did an excellent job with the listing and selling of my rental house. The market changed about the time he listed my house and he provided good advice and negotiation skills to get the most money while keeping the process quick and efficient. He even went the extra mile doing at his expense a critical lender required repair on the eve of closing so that it would not be delayed. I would work with Charles again if I need a real estate broker in the Seattle market.
