I worked with Charles to purchase a condo. Overall it was a good experience. Charles has a low/no pressure approach to being an agent, which I appreciated. Other Agents I spoke with before working with Charles were very pushy trying to convince me to buy run down dumps just so they could make a sale. Charles was responsive and flexible to accommodate showings to meet my needs, I would work with him again.
