My story in a few words
As the son of a career Coast Guard serviceman, my early years involved a lot of moving, and meeting and making new friends along the way. Born in Seattle in 1957, then to Coos Bay Oregon, Bellevue Washington, Livonia Michigan, Cordova Alaska, and back to Bellevue in 1970. I’ve been an “Eastsider” ever since. Organized and outdoor sports were big parts of my life, and still are: baseball, football, camping, and fishing. After finishing school in Bellevue, I married and, together with my wife, raised our children there. After working for the City of Bellevue for 35 years, I retired in 2012 as Deputy Director of Utilities. In 2013 my wife and I moved to North Bend where we now reside.
My family and hobbies
Married since 1983 with three children and six grand-children. My family is my greatest achievement and what I am most proud of. Along the way I coached my children’s baseball, football, and basketball teams, and we even won a few league and state championships.
I am so grateful to still be in close friendships with people I’ve known from my childhood, school days, and work career. Finally, Fishing: I love fishing and am fortunate to catch a lot of fish.
Real Estate is about helping people
Now I chose to work in Real Estate because I enjoy helping people. The most rewarding part of my career with Bellevue Utilities was when I was able to help people. Real estate is another way I can help people. Though real estate involves buying and selling homes and property, real estate is not about buying and selling homes and property. Real estate is about helping people. Helping them with can often be a stressful and sometimes complicated decision and process. I’m just here to help you in any way I can. I will always be honest with you, loyal to you, and nobody will outwork me.
